Scott and his wife, Emily, have lived in District 89 for over 20 years and have three children that attend Glen Crest and Glenbard South. He has served on the District 89 school board for 2 terms and is currently the board secretary. During his time on the board, he served on various committees including the policy, negotiations, and facilities committees. Scott has also volunteered for various activities at both Westfield and Glen Crest.Â

Scott graduated from the University of Illinois with a degree in Electrical Engineering and he also holds an MBA from DePaul University. He is currently the Building Maintenance Department Manager at Argonne National Laboratory.
