D89ForAll formed in 2022 as a response to an attack on our students and an attempted removal of rights of marginalized children as part of a larger political agenda.  Our purpose is based on a single, powerful question one board member asked at that time: How does this benefit our students?  

As a not-for-profit organization, our mission is to create a community where every student has equal access to opportunities and resources that empower them to thrive. We are committed to fostering an environment that values diversity and fairness, working to ensure that no student is left behind. By building strong, collaborative partnerships, we will continue our work to break down barriers and build pathways to success for all students.  

Additionally, we stand firm against national political agendas that threaten public education, our community’s values and the well-being of our students. Our focus remains on championing local priorities and educational initiatives that truly benefit our children and strengthen our community.
